Responsibilities
- Own the technical integrity, scalability, and business alignment of the team’s technology suite.
- Drive organizational adoption of Agentic AI by building skills through MCP or custom integrations.
- Establish governance standards for security, maintainability, and architectural consistency in AI-assisted development.
- Lead cross-functional teams in resolving high-impact and complex technical issues.
- Set advanced technical standards and modern engineering workflows across the division.
- Identify performance bottlenecks using profilers, memory dumps, and application performance monitoring tools such as New Relic.
Requirements
- Demonstrated Staff-level technical leadership and subject matter expertise in solving complex organizational problems.
- Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including performance tuning and advanced microservices modeling.
- Proficiency in React development and Micro Frontend architecture.
- Proficiency with automated unit and integration testing.
- In-depth understanding of security and performance engineering.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud computing, including Azure or AWS, is preferred.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
- Experience establishing governance or frameworks for cross-functional engineering groups is preferred.
