Base Salary
$125k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner to key B2B stakeholders by framing problems and recommending scalable solutions.
- Oversee integrations across core systems, auditing and refining them for accurate workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate needs into system designs.
- Create and maintain documentation and enablement materials for effective system adoption.
- Serve as a system administrator for Salesforce and related business systems.
- Continuously develop skills and domain knowledge through self-directed learning.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and customization.
- Experience owning business systems in B2B/SaaS organizations.
- Demonstrated consultative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven cross-functional partnership with business stakeholders.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce to other business applications.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with reports and dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desired.
