Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize AI agent workflows for carrier monitoring, performance tracking, exception management, and escalation processes.
- Create customer-specific workflows and prompts, evaluate prompt variants, document results, and resolve LLM failure modes.
- Monitor production agents for drift, degradation, and other failure modes while applying ongoing fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, vendors, and customers from requirements through deployment, go-live, and post-launch improvement.
- Translate product requirements and customer goals into workflow requirements, success criteria, prompt designs, and operational specifications.
- Drive improvements to AI agent build processes, automation coverage, governance, documentation, and team enablement.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics technology, carrier management, or network operations; global or multi-region experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow-based technologies in an operational setting.
- Experience troubleshooting EDI, APIs, data pipelines, system configuration, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to write structured prompts, use techniques such as few-shot examples and staged task decomposition, and iteratively refine LLM behavior.
- Ability to evaluate LLM outputs, identify hallucinations and failure modes, and convert observations into targeted improvements.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to interpret product requirements and create clear AI workflow specifications.
