Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts and mentor junior team members.
- Design and troubleshoot Workday integrations, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and integration design patterns is required.
- Experience with application configuration and customization for complex business requirements is required.
- Knowledge of integration troubleshooting, data mapping, transformation, and validation is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions are required.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
