Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications and Workday integrations to meet business and application requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical integration solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Workday integration tools and apply data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team collaboration, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is stated as required, with the additional information specifying a minimum of 5 years in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration design principles and best practices is required.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday integration tools and technologies is required.

- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques is required.
