Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications across UI, APIs, and backend services.
- Build scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices with attention to security, performance, and scalability.
- Develop responsive Angular user interfaces using TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Kendo UI components.
- Implement micro front-end patterns, including composition, shared libraries, and module federation or equivalent approaches.
- Design, build, document, and consume RESTful APIs while following service contract and versioning strategies.
- Work with SQL Server and optimize queries, indexes, and data access patterns.
- Implement Elasticsearch search and indexing solutions.
- Build Kafka-based event-driven integrations using producers, consumers, topics, and schema/versioning practices.
- Use GitHub or Bitbucket and contribute to automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and support engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot backend development experience, including REST APIs, security concepts, performance, and scalability.
- Strong Angular front-end development experience with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience with UI component libraries such as Kendo UI.
- Working knowledge of micro front-end architecture and patterns.
- Solid understanding of API design and microservices, including service boundaries, resilience, and observability basics.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational data modeling.
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kafka event streaming.
- Proficiency with GitHub or Bitbucket workflows and practical CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift; automated unit, integration, and UI testing; observability practices; and production support.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $120,800.00–$170,800.00.
