Responsibilities
- Lead operational procedures, deployments, upgrades, and patch deliveries for customer environments.
- Develop scripts and automations using Python, Bash, or Go to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system processes and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Collaborate with R&D on incident management and post-incident improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production incidents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration.
- Experience with containerized environments using Docker and version control with Git.
- Hands-on programming/scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS EC2, S3, ECR.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Coralogix, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for operational troubleshooting.
