Responsibilities
- Champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD and pair programming.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with two or more programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches like TDD, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
