Responsibilities
- Design and implement core C++ platform services focused on multithreading, concurrency, and performance.
- Develop and extend communication middleware using protocols such as SOME/IP and DDS.
- Build system-level software across Communication Management, Execution Management, State Management, Health Management, Diagnostics, and Logging.
- Apply networking and Ethernet-stack knowledge to support reliable, high-throughput data exchange.
- Support sensor-data logging and recording workflows for ADAS development and validation.
- Take ownership of technical problems in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Solid C++ skills, including multithreading, concurrency patterns, and software design.
- Exposure to communication middleware such as SOME/IP or DDS, or a strong desire to develop that expertise.
- Experience in embedded, automotive, robotics, or distributed systems is preferred.
- Experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive internals or functional clusters is preferred.
- Experience with embedded systems or C is preferred.
- Advanced IPC experience using Protobuf or gRPC is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with POSIX/Linux, including system calls, runtime behavior, and memory management, is preferred.
- Experience with real-time or safety-critical distributed systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive or ADAS data-logging and recording infrastructure is preferred.
- Prior customer-facing experience as a customer or application engineer is preferred.
