Responsibilities
- Design and ship full-stack AI applications.
- Own the pipeline from data ingestion to LLM inference and frontend interface.
- Architect autonomous agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain.
- Write robust, clean, and highly testable code in Python/Typescript.
- Handle DevOps and MLOps constraints, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Serve as the technical face of the company for demanding accounts.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Translate technical constraints into business value for executives.
- Generate and review high-quality data for customers.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of total engineering experience.
- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Math, or Physics from a top-tier institution.
- Deep AI fluency with understanding of RAG implementation and vector database optimization.
- Experience with end-to-end deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong software engineering background with a focus on AI specialization.
- Ability to handle customer demands with high emotional intelligence.
