Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, data, and cloud strategy for the largest client accounts.
- Present technical architectures and strategic visions to customer C-level executives.
- Design solutions using enterprise modernization, capability mapping, and Agentic AI.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements with customer architecture and security teams.
- Bridge Celonis product and engineering teams with customer technical teams.
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of the regional customer base.
- Coach consulting teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
- Develop reusable consulting assets, customer-facing position papers, technical designs, and thought leadership presentations.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as a software vendor architect, consulting CTO, or enterprise architect.
- Strategic ability to connect technical solutions with business value and customer objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives.
- Experience with Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS, ERP systems, cybersecurity fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- Strong background in data architecture, integration patterns, system integrations, data operations, automation, and data-related languages such as SQL and Python.
- Ability to explain architecture designs and code or assemble architecture demonstrations.
- MSc in Computer Science or an equivalent Information Technology-related field.
- Fluency in German and English; Spanish, French, or Italian is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include Celonis, OCPM, Case Centric Data Pipelines, AWS, Azure, GCP, ESB, ETL, Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, Informatica, TOGAF, and Zachmann certifications, plus experience across multiple business domains and industries.
