Base Salary
$151k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance AI applications and services across frontend and backend systems.
- Define requirements, design systems and interfaces, plan releases, and guide products from concept through deployment.
- Use Python and SQL to build AI systems and functionality.
- Develop client-side and server-side application components and troubleshoot issues across the user interface, application, and database layers.
- Lead design sessions, code reviews, and project teams while providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborate with developers, sponsors, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI products.
- Drive product direction and ensure reliable, high-quality, and scalable AI integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or similar experience.
- 3–5 years of Python experience or similar experience.
- 3–5 years of frontend development experience.
- Proficiency in database schema design, distributed systems, and cloud-based computing.
- Strong analytical, communication, organization, mentoring, presentation, and project leadership skills.
- Preferred experience delivering product solutions from idea to deployment and working with web services and API frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
