Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GenAI solutions for business requirements.
- Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models.
- Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using semantic search and chunking strategies.
- Integrate vector storage solutions for efficient data retrieval.
- Orchestrate AI workflows using Prompt Flow and Azure OpenAI Service through Python SDKs.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI models into user-facing applications.
- Use Python and machine learning libraries to build scalable solutions.
Requirements
- B.E. degree required.
- 4+ years of experience required.
- Experience designing, training, fine-tuning, and evaluating machine learning models.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and GenAI solutions.
- Experience with Python and ML libraries including Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, and LangChain.
