Responsibilities
- Partner with trade-compliance business stakeholders to translate regulatory changes into Oracle Trade Management configurations and technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, validation, development, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of trade-compliance system enhancements.
- Improve the Trade Management platform’s automation, efficiency, and responsiveness to regulatory changes.
- Design, develop, and optimize in-app and role-based AI agents with secure semantic layers, multi-agent protocols, and agent-training features.
- Implement agentic frameworks using LangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs to enable Ask/Respond capabilities with enterprise data sources.
- Integrate GTM with ERP and other boundary systems using web services and integration frameworks.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex production issues while minimizing business and compliance risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Global Trade Management experience.
- Proficiency in GTM, GTM Agents, saved queries and conditions, screen sets, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and web-service integrations.
- Experience designing and implementing technical solutions in Oracle Global Trade Management.
- Experience with XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of import/export compliance, restricted-party screening, product/HTS classification, country of origin, trade agreements, license management, customs, and trade transactions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI, and DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot and Cursor, and with building MCP tools, servers, and agents.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred qualifications include prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, AI-assisted automation, Oracle/cloud/AI certifications, Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, React, RPA technologies, MongoDB, Snowflake, and generative AI, MCP, data science, or security green belts.
