Responsibilities
- Understand product and client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, modify, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Create and execute software validation test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Automate validation processes and troubleshoot software errors, failures, and performance issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend system improvements, installations, or modifications.
- Collaborate with systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, functional teams, and clients.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Support software implementation, deployment, monitoring, release plans, and client onboarding.
- Track customer requests and feedback while supporting quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
