Responsibilities
- Explain Google Cloud technical features, design customer architectures, and resolve technical roadblocks.
- Provide AI expertise through technology advocacy, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and product management collaboration.
- Demonstrate the business value of Google Cloud applied AI solutions for enterprise customers.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for complete Google Cloud solutions.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events while acting as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Two years of experience with conversational AI technology.
- Experience building or leveraging AI solutions or ML APIs and developing applications using AI methods or frameworks.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with contact center technologies, conversational applications, AI, ML APIs, machine learning templates, RAG, LLMs, document and image AI, and coding in Java, C++, or Python.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
