Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient back-end services using Java and the Spring Framework.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and critical incidents as part of the L3 Support team.
- Continuously improve development processes and tools.
- Manage stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverable reporting in senior management sessions.
- Assess operational, regulatory, and other risks related to Identity Management Services applications.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, vendors, and global teams to resolve issues and define resolution plans.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework, including Spring MVC and Spring Security.
- Familiarity with GCP and experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud is a plus.
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in virtual, global, matrixed teams with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management, communication, influencing, strategic agility, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to resolve issues proactively.
