Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and optimize the Florence platform in clinical environments.
- Manage end-to-end integrations from discovery to ongoing support.
- Design and maintain middleware and integrations between systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot API-based integrations and data workflows.
- Build custom reporting solutions using Snowflake and SQL.
- Translate customer workflows into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud infrastructure and data flows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to debug issues and inform roadmap decisions.
- Ensure secure and compliant implementations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in software or solutions engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Proficient in writing and debugging production code in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with integrations and middleware between systems.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and debugging distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills in real-world environments.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
