Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to drive quality through automation and AI-driven testing.
- Design innovative test solutions and architect scalable automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide senior peers to promote a culture of excellence.
- Anticipate risks and identify opportunities for technical innovation.
- Manage ambiguity by breaking down complex problems into actionable paths.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to influence technical decisions.
- Establish metrics to measure customer-perceived quality and drive user experience improvements.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of software product quality engineering experience.
- 3–5 years of experience leading complex projects or providing indirect technical leadership.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or CodeRabbit.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate emerging technologies into the QA lifecycle.
- Proven ability to anticipate risks and align technical execution with long-term goals.
- Track record of diagnosing complex technical issues and implementing prevention patterns.
- Experience applying industry benchmarks and global tech trends to improve standards.
