Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Document software solutions through reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and other formal documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on status, progress, requirements, clarifications, and delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and MIS reporting.
- Respond to customer requests, track fault reports, gather feedback, and maintain professional customer interactions.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current with programming languages and best practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop software solutions, test and debug code, and document technical work.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to complete continuing education and assigned certifications for skill development.
