Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions across enterprise systems and applications.
- Serve as the primary client-facing SME for SAP SD and aATP AMS services.
- Configure aATP business rules, allocation strategies, confirmation controls, and order fulfillment processes.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, manage enhancement demand, recommend solutions, and resolve technical issues.
- Govern incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.
- Lead offshore AMS teams, review deliverables, and ensure SLA and service-quality adherence.
- Oversee testing, root cause analysis, knowledge management, and continuous service improvement.
- Manage team decisions, mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-functional communication, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, with the posting also citing 10–15 years of SAP experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD and S/4HANA Order Fulfillment processes.
- Deep expertise in SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise, including PAC, PAL, ABC, BOP, Supply Protection, and RfD.
- Strong understanding of sales order processing, availability confirmation, delivery processing, returns processing, and ATP-based confirmation strategies.
- Experience with aATP configuration, business rule setup, allocation strategies, and confirmation control.
- Experience with AMS governance, root cause analysis, knowledge management, testing oversight, and continuous service improvement.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, enterprise software implementation, integration techniques, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
