Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and customer experience goals.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC development techniques.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to provide seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Gather and analyze requirements and collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end users.
- Oversee deployment and testing to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce applications for availability and performance.
- Assess existing solutions and implement improvements that support scalability and future growth.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and trends.
- Provide training and support to end users.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in SFDC data integration, development, and customization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer certification.
- Domain experience in IT business support and engineering and design is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
