Responsibilities
- Own significant technical areas or subsystems within complex client solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and subsystem architectures.
- Develop, deliver, and operate production-grade cloud-native systems using .NET on Azure or AWS.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, discovery activities, design reviews, and full project lifecycle delivery.
- Write appropriate integration and end-to-end tests and maintain accountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards.
- Explain solution purposes and technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resolve technical challenges and take responsibility for delivery outcomes within the assigned scope.
- Share knowledge, contribute to Ensono Digital communities, and support the growth of other team members.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering production-grade systems and owning technical outcomes within complex projects.
- Experience developing solutions using .NET Core or modern .NET.
- Experience building and operating systems on Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of distributed architectures and their benefits and trade-offs.
- Experience translating business requirements into clear designs and subsystem architectures.
- Experience writing integration and end-to-end tests, including approaches such as BDD where appropriate.
- Strong technical communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and professional judgment skills.
- Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development tools while remaining accountable for results.
- Interest in documentation, clear specifications, fast feedback loops, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
