Base Salary
$162k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives that drive measurable impact on conversion and payment economics.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to evaluate feasibility of proposed features.
- Participate in quality initiatives to reduce defect rates and improve incident detection.
- Support and elevate the engineering organization through teamwork.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficient in at least one major programming language (preferably Java, Scala, Ruby on Rails, or Python).
- Passion for delivering products end-to-end from ideation to implementation.
- Experience with architectural patterns for high-scale, distributed web applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions and articulating technical tradeoffs.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
