Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and architect Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Services and Stibo STEP PIM platforms.
- Write custom Stibo JavaScript business rules, state transitions, approval workflows, and portal functionality.
- Define enterprise-wide product data models and taxonomies.
- Build automated workflows for reviewing, approving, enriching, and managing item data.
- Map and develop integration pipelines connecting RMS, PIM, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
- Manage product lifecycles from vendor onboarding and purchase orders through pricing, inventory allocation, and fulfillment.
- Develop production-grade autonomous AI agents to automate complex retail tasks.
- Write code, build integrations, maintain enterprise platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional and Product Management teams.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of core retail industry experience covering merchandise hierarchies, inventory management, pricing systems, and supply chain operations.
- 8+ years of hands-on software development using JavaScript, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux, and RESTful/SOAP web services.
- 8+ years of direct Stibo STEP PIM configuration and architecture experience, including workflows, portal development, and endpoint integrations.
- Deep technical experience with Oracle RMS/RMFCS database schemas, complex operational PL/SQL queries, and Oracle database performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience developing autonomous AI agents, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
- Experience prioritizing deliverables, architecting reusable systems, and collaborating in a fast-paced Agile environment using Jira and Git.
- Familiarity with deploying, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications in cloud and SaaS environments.
- Stibo STEP Certification and Oracle RMFCS Certification are preferred.
