Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, install, and support application systems and programs.
- Analyze requirements, code, and applications to identify system enhancements, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Design, test, debug, and implement full-stack software solutions across front end, middleware, and backend systems.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Lead and technically manage project teams and coordinate application development activities.
- Coach and advise new or lower-level analysts.
- Identify and resolve application issues while exercising independent judgment and assessing business and technology risks.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, policies, regulations, and control requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a tech lead role.
- Experience leading development of full-stack software solutions involving front end, middleware, and backend systems.
- Experience technically managing project teams.
- Experience with Java 17+, Python, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, React JS, PL/SQL, Oracle 19c, database design, and database optimization.
- Experience working on agile projects and knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Understanding of the big data ecosystem, Python, LangChain, and LangGraph is preferred.
