Responsibilities
- Develop features for data ingestion, modeling, and syncing into the knowledge graph.
- Build integrations with external systems like Jira and Zendesk to enhance business context.
- Create features for Software Engineering Intelligence dashboards and metrics.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical direction.
- Identify and raise blockers early to maintain project timelines.
- Engage in design and code reviews to improve code quality.
- Gain a deep understanding of the system to ship changes independently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and operating fullstack applications.
- Proficiency in Go, Ruby, and Node.
- Experience with data platforms such as ClickHouse and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered product features.
- Ability to operate multi-tenant applications in SaaS and self-managed environments.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to manage complex initiatives.
- Experience in building third-party or API integrations.
