Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement front-end and back-end changes focused on operational stability, robustness, resilience, and quality.
- Provide domain expertise for systems development, integrations, application architecture, and Debt Manager configuration.
- Design, test, and deploy ETL and data transformation workflows across multiple data sources.
- Develop and maintain SQL statements, stored procedures, dynamic queries, functions, scripts, and database performance improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing across the engineering community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and work across the project lifecycle to deliver customer-focused software.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience, with 8–15 years of experience requested.
- Experience configuring and customizing the Debt Manager application, including workflows, user entitlements, custom fields, and user interfaces.
- Proficiency with ETL tools such as Pentaho Data Integration and experience implementing data quality checks, cleansing, and validation.
- Strong SQL Server experience, including database administration, complex SQL, stored procedures, dynamic queries, functions, scripting, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of DevOps, version control, source code management, and CI/CD practices.
- Preferred experience includes release management, collections and recoveries processes, batch processing architectures, batch scheduling tools, COBOL, and mainframe systems.
