Responsibilities
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria for testability and collaborate on testing strategies with the IT Application Delivery team.
- Develop and document test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Develop automated tests using Java, Selenium, and the Cucumber BDD framework.
- Support functional, regression, performance, mobile, and post-implementation testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD processes and perform parallel executions.
- Participate in Scrum activities and verify that end-user expectations are met.
- Report testing results, progress, and defects, and coordinate defect tracking and resolution.
- Research and recommend improvements to testing tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a QA Analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience testing Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Java-Selenium automation and the Cucumber BDD framework.
- Strong Salesforce functional-testing experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies in a Scrum team environment.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, and Xray for defect tracking and test management.
- Experience incorporating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Maven and Jenkins.
- Experience configuring and triggering pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Performance testing experience with JMeter, Playwright with TypeScript, CursorAI, and BrowserStack is preferred or a plus.
