Responsibilities
- Design and implement production LLM solutions using RAG, agents, function calling, prompt orchestration, and applicable light fine-tuning.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI provider APIs with attention to cost, latency, and reliability.
- Evaluate architectures involving vector stores, orchestration frameworks, and embedding pipelines.
- Define model and agent quality metrics, including accuracy, hallucination rate, and guardrails, and monitor them in production.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps on secure deployments involving sensitive data handling, access control, and prompt auditing.
- Contribute to technical proposals and estimates by translating business needs into viable AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.
- Concrete experience implementing LLM solutions in production, not only proof-of-concept projects.
- Knowledge of RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and agent architectures.
- Experience with at least one orchestration framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and research papers.
- Preferred: experience with fine-tuning or training proprietary models.
- Preferred: knowledge of MLOps, including model versioning, ML delivery workflows, and observability.
- Preferred: consulting or client-facing experience.
- Preferred: cloud provider certifications or experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure AI services.
