Sr Software Engineer

- Understand business problems and design agentic solutions that generate measurable value.
- Design agent behavior, including context, tools, memory, integrations, and observability mechanisms.
- Build and evolve end-to-end solutions across the dimensions required by each initiative.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and platform teams to integrate existing capabilities and identify capability gaps.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments and evaluations to measure solution quality and guide continuous improvement.
- Research and test new AI agent practices, models, and approaches.
- Share learnings, reuse solutions, and help turn ambiguous problems into concrete deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience building solutions with LLMs and APIs such as GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, or others.
- Practical knowledge of designing and building agents, including context and state management, memory, tools, skills, hooks, integration, and observability.
- Solid knowledge of at least one programming language and the ability to learn additional languages or technologies as needed.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and software development best practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or similar systems.
- Ability to balance quality, security, cost, latency, and complexity when designing AI solutions.
- Curiosity, autonomy, experimentation, ambiguity resolution, and effective collaboration with technical and business profiles.
- Experience with evaluations for nondeterministic systems, RAG, tool-integration protocols, multimodal agents, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
