Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction in Dublin by setting architecture, reliability, and performance standards.
- Build and mentor a small team of engineers, fostering a high-trust, high-feedback culture.
- Work directly with EMEA customers to translate complex problems into shippable work.
- Own critical systems end-to-end, including data pipelines and AI evaluation flows.
- Partner with teams across San Francisco and Dublin to share context and drive decisions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, ideally at a startup.
- Strong technical leadership skills, including mentoring and leading technical decisions.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations.
- Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products.
