Responsibilities
- Develop robust, high-performance enterprise software.
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, application engineering methodologies, and architectural principles.
- Estimate development effort and manage technical tasks and deliverables within project timelines.
- Translate design and solution architecture deliverables into detailed designs and software implementations.
- Research alternative technical solutions and recommend efficient, cost-effective approaches.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, project issues, and delivery threats.
- Provide technical guidance, onboarding input, production-transition support, and information to project teams and leads.
- Supervise technical delivery quality, standards, leading practices, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, business sponsors, and distributed virtual teams.
Requirements
- Professional experience with .NET technologies, including C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Windows Service.
- Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSAS.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, NodeJS, AngularJS, and HTTP REST calls.
- Experience with Azure technologies, cloud infrastructure, Azure services, cloud computing, and OpenAI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple technical challenges.
- Experience in application design and implementation.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Experience managing and motivating virtual teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical context to non-technical project team members.
- Power BI, Power Query, and PowerAutomate experience is an added benefit.
- Ability to support and monitor project progress toward goals and apply application engineering processes to project requirements.
