Responsibilities
- Develop robust, high-performance enterprise software using .NET, database, web, and Azure technologies.
- Perform peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, application engineering methodologies, architectural principles, and quality practices.
- Translate design and solution architecture deliverables into detailed technical designs and build deliverables.
- Estimate development effort, manage technical tasks, coordinate with project managers and technical leads, and monitor project progress.
- Research and evaluate technical alternatives, recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Supervise technical deliverables, support onboarding and virtual teams, and help ensure project budgets, timelines, standards, and quality goals are met.
- Identify project risks, technical exposure, missed activities, and remediation plans, and communicate them to project leadership.
- Provide technical guidance and transition support for production operations.
Requirements
- Professional experience with .NET technologies, including C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Windows Service.
- Database experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSAS.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, NodeJS, AngularJS, and HTTP REST calls.
- Experience with Azure technologies, cloud infrastructure, cloud computing, Azure services, and OpenAI.
- Experience in application design and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage multiple technical challenges and project risks.
- Ability to supervise and support project progress toward goals and ensure adherence to engineering standards, practices, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical context to non-technical project members.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and managing and motivating virtual teams.
- Power BI, Power Query, and PowerAutomate experience is an added benefit.
