Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance robust, scalable technology solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage technical deliverables, tasks, risks, resourcing, budgets, and timelines within assigned projects.
- Provide hands-on architecture, solutioning, coding, and technical decision-making expertise.
- Coordinate with project managers, application architects, business sponsors, team leads, and global leads.
- Lead, mentor, supervise, and support local and remote application engineering resources.
- Ensure adherence to application engineering methodologies, coding standards, quality practices, and delivery processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, release activities, and continuous process improvement.
- Support internal IT teams, task forces, and other IT projects and programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Application Design/Development.
- Expertise with C#/.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Windows Services.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions, and T-SQL.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Node.js, Angular, and HTTP REST calls.
- Ability to lead global application engineering teams and manage internal and contingent resources.
- Experience with Azure and the Azure DevOps environment.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and SSRS reporting.
- Experience with SharePoint Server Object Model, JSOM/CSOM, SharePoint REST API, PHA, and SHA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and team motivation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical challenges and work independently and collaboratively using Agile methodology.
- Experience working with vendor applications, external resource providers, and business relationships.
