Responsibilities
- Establish and drive standards, frameworks, and best practices for SRE, reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
- Design, develop, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Build scalable AI pipelines on AWS to process and analyze structured and unstructured operational and engagement data.
- Apply AI and big data to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, PDLC optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Research emerging AI techniques and evaluate, select, and implement technologies and solutions for business objectives.
- Build trusted-adviser relationships with stakeholders, management sponsors, and senior executives while providing strategic guidance on AI transformation and technology innovation.
Requirements
- Hands-on enterprise experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-powered automation frameworks.
- Experience building scalable platforms and data pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Strong Python and/or Java programming experience developing production-grade AI and data-driven applications.
- Experience deploying and managing AI/ML solutions on AWS, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2, EKS, and ECS.
- Experience taking innovative solutions from architecture and experimentation through deployment and continuous optimization.
- Understanding of DevOps principles, containerization, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, QA, MLOps, AI governance, model validation, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders at all levels, and lead AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent architectures, Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools, workflow automation, and production-scale AI deployments is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and modern software engineering practices is desirable.
