Senior Engineer I, Services Configuration & Quotation QA Lead
Schneider ElectricResponsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality assurance for Services Configuration and Quotation capabilities.
- Define test strategies, plans, regression approaches, reusable test assets, and coverage aligned with requirements and solution design.
- Coordinate and execute functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT support testing.
- Validate quotation, configuration, service execution, ERP, product information management, middleware, and integration processes.
- Lead defect triage, severity and priority classification, fix validation, regression impact assessment, and quality metrics reporting.
- Identify automation opportunities and support automated test suites for critical business scenarios.
- Assess release readiness, participate in Go/No-Go decisions, and support production validation and post-deployment hypercare.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, quality concerns, and mitigation recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience with CPQ, quotation, pricing, configuration, or commercial process platforms.
- Experience validating complex quote-to-order business processes.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
- Experience supporting global deployments and multi-country releases.
- Knowledge of configuration and quotation processes, quote-to-order, service contracts and renewals, pricing and discount management, commercial offer management, and customer quotation workflows.
