Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure to orchestrate and evaluate sub-agents.
- Develop cutting-edge tools by chaining tool calls across LLMs and deploying browser agents.
- Research technologies and turn them into production products.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts.
- Be part of a fast-moving team that ships daily and makes quick decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Professional software engineering experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong fullstack skills in Python (backend) and Javascript/React (frontend).
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features.
- Track record of driving work from ideation to successful production deployment.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-moving environments where quick shipping is the norm.
