Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems and middleware.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and optimize solutions for large data volumes.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
- Participate in release management, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch Apex, future methods, SOQL/SOSL).
- Solid experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and working with JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good working knowledge of Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce objects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related products.
- Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity with SDLC and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
