Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, and support end-to-end Workato integration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and reusable Workato recipes.
- Set up Workato environments and conduct field mapping, integration testing, and defect resolution.
- Prepare technical design documents and ensure adherence to integration standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, application teams, Product Managers, Project Managers, and SMEs to resolve blockers and manage expectations.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and business analysts on Workato practices and implementation methodologies.
- Estimate project effort, complexity, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Participate in recruiting, staffing, training, and other practice-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of experience in integration technologies.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Workato experience.
- Mandatory Workato Automation Pro I, II, and III certifications.
- Experience with application-to-application and business-to-business integrations, including complex, scalable, high-volume solutions.
- Experience with APIs, REST and SOAP web services, integration patterns, real-time and batch integrations, ETL, and cloud and on-premise applications.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language.
- Knowledge of OAuth and WS-Security authentication and authorization protocols.
- Understanding of data mapping, transformation, integration workflows, and service-oriented architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.
