Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, high-performing ServiceNow solutions for complex initiatives.
- Define and refine ServiceNow engineering standards, governance mechanisms, solution patterns, and technical strategies across multiple teams.
- Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation while improving solution performance, reliability, scalability, and availability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop innovative architecture improvements.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, training, delegation, and work review for other engineers.
- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies and build prototypes and solution concepts, including AI-driven capabilities, intelligent automation, predictive insights, and workflow optimization.
- Lead large or complex initiatives from concept through implementation and coordinate technical work across teams.
- Contribute to long-term technical goals, platform roadmaps, architectural decisions, and continuous platform improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and security practices.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer certification.
- Preferred: advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, enterprise architecture, CSDM, CMDB, service modeling, governance, platform health, upgradeability, and configuration-over-customization strategies.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise integrations, API architecture, Integration Hub, workflow automation, platform governance, architectural reviews, development standards, and technical debt management.
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile frameworks, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and enterprise innovation management.
