Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
- Analyze problems and design solutions within the context of the existing architecture.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Coordinate with developers, DevOps, and architects during implementation.
- Contribute to the delivery of onboarding processes from analysis through deployment.
- Continuously improve processes, solution designs, and delivery practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with the Git version control system.
- Basic familiarity with CI/CD and modern development environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure problems.
- Experience or interest in requirements analysis and requirement engineering.
- Ability to communicate across business and IT teams.
- Proactive, independent approach and ability to see work through to completion.
- Programming experience such as Java, Kotlin, or Python is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- Ability to model processes or data structures is advantageous.
- Experience with data-oriented systems is advantageous.
