Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions for Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and the AI Control Tower.
- Build and improve integrations between ServiceNow and systems used by security and IT teams.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, IT, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Support risk and compliance tools and improve their accessibility and usability.
- Monitor and improve platform performance, stability, and user experience.
- Develop across the application lifecycle, including building, testing, and maintenance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and share knowledge with and coach colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, integrations, and application development across the full lifecycle.
- Understanding of risk, security, or compliance domains and motivation to develop expertise in AI security.
- Clear stakeholder communication and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and strong collaboration skills.
