Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software features and services for the global B2B Credit platform.
- Write clean, maintainable code primarily using Java and Kotlin across the full software development lifecycle.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions shaping the platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to build scalable end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while maintaining platform reliability and performance.
- Review peer code and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Improve engineering practices, tooling, and processes within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent related professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience with JVM-based languages such as Java and Kotlin.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed, cross-functional team.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
