Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the design and reliability of critical backend systems serving millions of customers.
- Lead the evolution to a unified Account abstraction, defining APIs and data models.
- Architect and deliver platform services for multi-entity account management.
- Champion technical excellence through code and design reviews.
- Mentor engineers to improve developer velocity and platform reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, SRE, and Compliance teams.
- Identify opportunities for platformization and improve performance and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering focused on backend systems.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining production services.
- Track record of writing high-quality, well-tested code.
- Strong collaboration skills across product and infrastructure teams.
- Passion for building an open financial system.
- Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in workflows.
