Responsibilities
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of products based on business needs.
- Lead the design and implementation of critical software components and systems.
- Design and develop new features, improve existing code, and oversee code release, deployment, and application maintenance.
- Provide technical leadership through design finalization, code reviews, and resolution of production support and maintenance issues.
- Mentor technical team members and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical roadmap.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to drive technical innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in Java, Python, Swift, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with multiple technologies and database platforms.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-based development tools and processes.
- Experience designing critical applications that interact with multiple internal and external systems.
- Deep understanding of software development processes in a distributed team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor technical team members and collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Architecture-level cloud or product certifications are preferred.
