Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions for issues affecting immediate and broader teams.
- Lead improvements in application design and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management is stated.
- Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management is required.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles, software development lifecycle, enterprise application configuration, customization, integrations, and inter-system data flow is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
