Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to clarify and finalize requirements.
- Design and develop complex backend components and services.
- Review code, contribute to design documents, and maintain high technical quality.
- Resolve technical issues, debug complex problems, and implement fixes.
- Contribute to data modeling and architecture discussions.
- Research technologies and propose product improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on software delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with lead experience preferred.
- Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and storage solutions.
- Experience with debugging and designing system components.
- Familiarity with Agile or other software development methodologies.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively across disciplines.
