Responsibilities
- Gather user and team feedback to create solution-improvement backlogs.
- Build infrastructure as code, automation runbooks, and PowerShell automation scripts.
- Design technical and architectural solutions based on business outcomes, including architecture patterns and required licensing.
- Collaborate with global team members, solutions management, product management, IT development, partners, and customers.
- Troubleshoot solutions and create step-by-step deployment and configuration documentation.
- Gather requirements and input for current and future solutions and participate in team alignment meetings.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with AI beyond chat tools, including development, scoping, or business planning.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience in partner and channel ecosystems.
- High school graduation with computer science study is required.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred.
- AWS or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly, present formally, work independently, manage deadlines, and build effective working relationships.
