Responsibilities
- Own security as the company adopts AI and set standards for LLMs and agentic tooling.
- Run the information security program, including identity, access, and secrets management.
- Build guardrails for citizen development to define what non-engineers can touch.
- Handle essential IT tasks like SSO, MDM, and laptop provisioning.
- Act as a trusted partner to engineering, product, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in security engineering, application security, or a hybrid security/infrastructure role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security, preferably AWS, and identity management tools.
- Knowledge of LLM-based system vulnerabilities like prompt injection and data exfiltration.
- Comfortable shipping code in languages like Node or Python and using AI-powered dev tools.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance from an insider perspective.
