Base Salary
$160k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software projects in coordination with teammates and stakeholders.
- Seek context and iterate on solutions to eliminate ambiguity.
- Participate in all phases of product development including specification, implementation, QA testing, and deployment.
- Foster a culture of collaboration through discussions, documentation, and code review.
- Engage in engineering recruiting activities such as interviewing and role ownership.
- Reach out to stakeholders for assistance when needed.
Requirements
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Experience using React to build feature-rich user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with design systems and building styled, reusable components.
- Familiarity with automated frontend testing patterns such as Jest or Playwright.
- Demonstrated interest in investment management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with comfort in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
